What we do
Rehakart sources assistive technology products from verified international and Indian manufacturers and makes them available to buyers in India. Products are dispatched directly from the manufacturer to your delivery address.
We are an authorised distribution partner for the brands we list. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell.
How ordering works
Prices are displayed on our website so that you know exactly what a product costs before you contact us. Orders are placed by enquiry rather than by immediate online checkout.
- You contact us — by WhatsApp, phone, email, or the enquiry form — telling us which product you are interested in.
- We confirm suitability. We ask about who will use the device, what movement ability they have, and what they need to control. Where a product is not the right fit, we say so.
- We issue a proforma invoice stating the final price, delivery estimate, and payment details.
- You make payment, and we place the order with the manufacturer.
- We share tracking and stay available on WhatsApp until the product is delivered and working.
We work this way deliberately. Assistive technology is highly individual, and a device that suits one person may be entirely wrong for another. A short conversation before purchase prevents an expensive mistake.
Eligibility to order
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order, or be placing an order under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We supply to individuals, therapists and clinicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centres, special schools, NGOs, government bodies, and companies.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of:
- The product price
- International shipping to your address
- All applicable import duties and taxes
- GST at the applicable rate
The price you see is the final price you pay. No additional charges are applied on delivery.
Displayed prices are indicative and are confirmed on your proforma invoice. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time, including in response to exchange rate movement. A price stated on a proforma invoice is valid for the period shown on that document, and price revisions do not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
Product information
We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including their intended use, compatibility, and limitations. Product images are representative and minor variations in colour or appearance may occur.
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Product descriptions are not a substitute for assessment by a qualified therapist, clinician, or medical professional.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once we have received payment in full against a proforma invoice. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and bank transfer. All payments are made in Indian Rupees.
For institutional orders, payment terms are 100% advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we have reason to believe the order is fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount.
GST invoicing
A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every order. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or institution and require the invoice raised against your GSTIN so that you may claim input tax credit, please provide your GSTIN and registered entity name before payment.
Delivery
Delivery timelines, shipping charges, and customs handling are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty period varies by product and brand.
Rehakart coordinates all warranty claims within India on your behalf. You do not need to contact an overseas manufacturer or arrange international shipping yourself.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification or repair, or normal wear of consumable parts such as straps, covers, and cables.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a product arrives damaged, does not work as described, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs or a short video. Where the claim is accepted, we arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
15-Day Confidence Guarantee (main devices)
Main devices — GlassOuse PRO, GlassOuse V1.4, GlassOuse Link, GT01 Finger Rehab Trainer, and GT02 G-Speech — may be returned within 15 days of delivery if they do not work for your needs.
- The device must be returned complete, in its original packaging, in undamaged condition.
- Returns are shipped by domestic courier to our Bhopal address, at the customer's cost (typically ₹300–500). You never ship anything overseas.
- We refund the product price less a ₹2,499 restocking fee, within 7 working days of the unit reaching us.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method or account.
Switches, wearables, and accessories are excluded from this guarantee for hygiene reasons, as they are personal-contact items. If you are unsure which product suits your needs, contact us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will advise you honestly.
This guarantee is separate from, and in addition to, your rights in respect of damaged, defective, or incorrect items above.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
After 24 hours we have already placed and paid for your order with the manufacturer, and it can no longer be cancelled.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rehakart's total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from delay in delivery, product unsuitability where a product functions as described, or any decision made in reliance on general product information published on this website.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics, and the Rehakart name and logo, is owned by or licensed to SN Global Ventures. Brand names, product names, and manufacturer logos remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or any order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
