Common questions
Will this fit my GlassOuse device?
Yes. All G-Wear mounts use the same clasp system and work with the GlassOuse PRO, V1.4 and Link. The device slides into the clasp until it clicks, and releases with a push-latch.
Which mount should I choose?
It depends on how and where the device will be worn. The G-Framewear is the most discreet and fits over glasses. The G-Headband gives a more secure hold with cushioned comfort for long sessions. The G-Cap and G-Beanie suit users who prefer headwear. The G-Straps hold the device on a hand, arm or thigh, including for use while lying in bed.
If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp describing how the device will be used and we will recommend accordingly.
Can I use more than one mount with the same device?
Yes. The device detaches from any clasp with a push-latch, so you can use a G-Framewear during the day and a G-Strap in bed, switching between them in seconds. Many users keep two.
Is a mount included when I buy a GlassOuse device?
The GlassOuse PRO ships with a G-Strap included. If you want a different mount — a frame, headband or cap — it is bought separately. Message us before ordering and we will confirm exactly what comes with your device.
Will I have to pay customs duty?
Usually no. Our price already includes import duties and taxes. In the rare case any charge is levied on delivery, pay it, keep the receipt, send us a photo on WhatsApp, and we reimburse the full amount within 24 hours.
How long will delivery take?
Typically 10–20 working days from confirmed payment. The product ships directly from the manufacturer's warehouse to your address. We share tracking as soon as it dispatches, and you can ask us for an update on WhatsApp at any time.
Can I return a mount?
Wearables are not returnable on their own, as they are personal-contact items. They can be returned only if bought together with a GlassOuse PRO or V1.4 and the complete setup is returned within 15 days.
This is why we ask how the device will be worn before you order. Message us on WhatsApp first and we will make sure you choose the right mount.
If a mount arrives damaged or faulty, that is separate: tell us within 48 hours with photos and we replace it at no cost.
Can I get a GST invoice for my organisation?
Yes. Every order comes with a GST-compliant tax invoice. If you are buying for a hospital, school, NGO, or company, share your GSTIN and registered entity name before payment and we will raise the invoice accordingly so you can claim input tax credit.
